Teaching Style: I work very much with young keepers on the basis that a player centred approach with lots of q and a / guided discovery will engage many personalities. I feel that in developing young talent, a technical programme should always be based on game related scenarios. The importance of being comfortable with the ball at young keepers feet is essential as the art of keeping is constantly changing with the majority of touches during match play being with the ball at their feet.

Long non league playing /management career, enjoying many highes and lows as can be expected!
Shaping the future of talented,gifted outfield, gk players at centre of excellence centres and academies.
PROUDEST ACHIEVEMENTS:
Mentoring my two sons progress in youth academies; outfield and gk; aiding the development of several players who have made the transistion from centre of excellence to academy. Coaching keen keepers who may not have recieved technical training and seeing an improvement that they can relate to.
