TEACHING STYLE:

My style is more about the kids enjoying training rather than keep stopping them to make a point. I try to keep the session moving and ask the kids what they think they have done wrong if they make a mistake, so they also have to think for themselves.

PROUDEST ACHIEVEMENT:

Signing my full time contract at Watford and playing for England.
