Teaching Style:
My teaching style is a mixture of Autocratic and Empowering. Keepers, especially in early age when they don’t have much experience need someone to guide them! Someone who is their point of reference. They need to be taught the right techniques and they need to be corrected and advised frequently, so they can soak the basic gestures in early stages of their physical and technical development. And master them in a later stage. In the other hand, athletes should be free to choose their own style to play the role. They should be free to give their opinion about the variation of the drills and come up with their own ideas on how to solve different situation which the game and training will bring on. In my sessions I tend to ask keepers many questions on why they reacted in a certain way to a particular drill or situation and try to get out the best of their answers. In this way we’ll have much clever athletes who know what to do, when and why to do it. Always ready to respond to any situation with the right decision and most importantly the right technical and mental attitude.
